HaiPro is a web-based tool for reporting patient safety incidents. HaiPro is used in over 200 social service and health care organizations of various sizes: from small health care centers to entire hospital districts and total number of users being more than 140 000.

Also occupational safety reporting system and operating environment and data security parts can be integrated with HaiPro.

The HaiPro reporting system supports development of procedures within the organization.

Anonymous and voluntary input ensures confidential reporting and processing of the safety events. The HaiPro method does not seek to blame.

QPro

By using QPro the organisation can create and publish e.g. safety surveys. QPro can be integrated with HaiPro, which allows the use of HaiPro- user data and organisation information.

QPro Feedback

QPro Feedback is a feedback system that can be integrated with HaiPro, which allows the use of HaiPro- user data, organisation information and the handling process.  Qpro can be used to collect and classify e.g. customer or patient feedback.

Real time reports will be automatically created from the feedback for different organisational levels.

  • You can answer online by using a web form and a secure HTTPS-connection.
  • The web form allows you to limit the choice of an organisation to any organisational level by using the start link, QPro can be integrated with HaiPro -user data and no separate maintenance is required.
  • Questions can be defined for different organisational levels (for all, for profit center only)
  • Feedback can be reviewed on organisational level and steer in desired way, e.g. straight to the units.
  • The system can send an email notice of feedback to the handler. If not otherwise defined, the system uses HaiPro -handler data, in which case separate handling maintenance is not required.
  • Paper feedback forms can be fed to the system and the system automatically recognizes if the feedback is coming from the organisations intranet.

PotRa

PotRa is an entry and reporting platform intended for the patient ombudsmen. Into the system can be saved contacts from patients and classify them and report actions.

eLearning environment for ensuring the competence
in pharmacotherapy (LOVe)

The eLearning material is directed at all members of the staff carrying out pharmacotherapy; clients, companies and organizations.   The eLearning material is provided by experts from Kuopio University Hospital and North Karelia Central Hospital. The eLearning material is based on Safe Pharmacotherapy, National Guide for Pharmacotherapy in Social and Health Care published by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (2009:10). The learning material, which is widely used in Finland, provides an opportunity to maintain the knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy.

eLearning environment for ensuring the competence in radiation protection (SÄVe)

The material for eLearning environment for ensuring the competence in radiation protection is provided by Central Finland Hospital District. The material meets the standards of the continuing education by STUK (1.7). In this course different occupational groups can take parts of an exam included in the continuing education obligation. The course is intended for all who use radiation at work.
